Doğan T. Biber

Founder / Managing Partner
Doğan is the founder of FORIN. He is an Architecture by degree in Istanbul Technical University and completed post-graduate studies in “Building Construction Management” program with a written thesis, which is titled “Applicability of Modern Management Approaches to Turkish Contractor Organizations in Construction Sector”.
He started to his career working as a Site Architrect/Manager for fit out works in Baku – Azerbaijan. He then moved to another area of Construction as moving to Project Management Consultancy companies and worked as Project Manager in Almaty-Kazakhstan and improved his design mangement skills and learned project management procedures. Following this experience, he moved to British PM company and worked as Project Manager for commercial companies office fit out projects such as DEUTSCHE BANK, MORGAN STANLEY, SHELL, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, ABN AMRO BANK AND ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND (RBS BANK) in KZ.
Following it, he moved back to Turkey and led Project and Cost Management Department of AECOM Turkey (one of the largest consultancy company in the world). During this experience, he had lots of exeriences while leading many projects such as Sports, Commercial, Residential, Health. Some of his commercial fit out relevant experiences are GE Healthcare Head Office, Hewlett Packard Head Office, Walt Disney Office, Pfizer District Offices.

Mustafa İ. Dokuyucu

Interior Architect / Project Manager
Mustafa was trained in Interior Design in Bilkent University, Ankara. With over 25 years of experience in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan;
Mustafa has completed several large scale projects with a lead role on both the clients’ side and the main contractors. He is well trained in all aspects of construction, planning, management, cost control, and he is well equipped with knowledge for health and safety regulations on site, local codes and fire regulations.

Serkan Ataseven

Cost and Commercial Manager
Serkan studied Urban and Regional Planning in Istanbul Technical University and then started his post graduate studies in “Real Estate Development” program. With over 20 years of experience in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan;
Serkan is well equipped in all aspects of cost management, value engineering, strategic management in construction, construction innovation, site management, surveying and procurement.

Cem Yedikardeş

Technical Consultant / MEP Manager
Cem studied Mechanical Engineering in Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul and then started his post graduate studies in “Heat Process” program. With over 20 years of experience in Turkey and Kazakhstan; Cem is well trained in the construction supervision of Building Services especially in line of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Prevention in mechanical aspects.
